It all starts with that first session. When you come in the room and tell a person you don't know your deepest problems. That can be intimidating but therapy is a safe space. Your information in confidential, judgement free and nothing is forced on you. Therapy is a professional providing a listening ear, feedback and tools to work through your challenges. The first session is for gathering information and working together to decide your therapy goals. Following therapy sessions start with a check in about your life since last session, then you have time to talk about your topic for the day, and your therapist provides tools and feedback.

Fees
Insurance is accepted. Co-pays vary. See Contact Page to see if you’re insurance is accepted. Cash Pay rates for clients without insurance is $150 per session.
