You don’t have to leave your faith at the door to come to therapy. You have the option to bring your faith into therapy. Therapy can give you the freedom to talk about your struggles and how they affect your faith. It can also help you figure out how your faith can help you heal. You can talk about your relationship with God as much or as little as you want. You’ll still get the same science supported techniques as clients who don’t bring faith into therapy.
