Counselor providing therapy for people managing trauma from narcissistic parents.

Here’s How I Can Help. I Will…

1. Work with you to identify how and why your parents behavior affects you now.

2. Encourage you to change the things you can change and let go of the things you can’t change.

3. Assess for thought, emotion and behavior patterns keeping you stuck

4. Develop a plan with you to implement new patterns that build self-security and emotional stability.

5. Help you discover your values so you can live a life you feel content with.

As a therapist I value empathy, honesty, and encouragement. I want to use my training to help you figure out new ways to process your thoughts and feelings and learn new behaviors along the way. Therapy is not always easy but it is always a journey worth taking. Life can feel possible again with time and healing. Set up your free 15-30 minute consultation or go ahead to set up your first session. I can’t wait to meet you!
