Therapy for adults raised by narcissistic parents.
Your parent wounded your soul. They don’t want to change. You can’t change your parent, but you can recover from the damage they caused and live your own life.
My Approach
You’re struggling right now. The parent is unstable and immature. They caused you a lot of hurt growing up. Their behavior hasn’t changed no matter how old you are. I want you to know you can heal and move on. I want to hear you out. I’ll help you face your wounds. Together we can figure out a way for you to move forward.
